video said 1.9 sec. under 1 sec is for sure a typo because no current tires can do that
The original MGA - 290bhp... 245+ mph That literally blows my mind.
2:10 The video says projections have it doing 0-62 in 1.9 seconds, so where did the 1 second headline come from??
So this is just a life sized hot wheels
The fastest it will ever go is sitting in a showroom on display. Yawn.
The MG name has been passed around like an old 10p piece.
Look at all the scratches on the glass. Looks like it's been through my local car wash.
Would rather a Dacia Sandero.
Chinese MG celebrating 100 years anniversary is yet another insult to the MG brand.
0:01 i love how obnoxiously obviously the scratches are on the car even from this far away. I cant imagine a customer car after a year or two ๐
Oldsmobile already built this called the Aerotech in the late 80s and early 90s. It hit 280 mph. With a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder making over 1000 hp
Has the Mk4 Ford GT headlights
The quest for the fastest 0-60 is getting boring.
You were right about it being a Vision Gran Turismo refugee. This thing is nothing more than an interesting looking model
So yet another company making claims for a concept that it will never build or if they do won't meet the claimed spec.
the only thing British about MG today is the guy talking about it and the only purpose of that car is ... anything but on the road, or even on a salt pan. so who's celebrating 100 years of Morris Garages - I can definitely tell you it's not the Chinese.
MG is promulgating the idea that Chinese electric MG has really always been European, so hard that we have to invent a new word for it.
My first reaction was...AN MG?..AN MG!???? AN MG-
Was this filmed during social distancing rules ๐ 7:47
