I just recently bought a used EVGA 3090, and I was going to re-paste and re-pad it when I noticed that one of the X plate screws is stripped. I emailed them, and they told me that I need to register my card, and they would send out a replacement for me! This is my 3rd EVGA card since I got into PC gaming, back in 2020.
imagine if evga started making intel cards just to kick nvidia where it hurts
We need an EVGA card tierlist
I had an EVGA 3090 that just died in 3 months. I called them up and explained the issue and a new card was at my house in 2 days. This same issue happened again in a few more months and I had another card replaced in about 2-3 days. Even though the EVGA 3090s had some issues I still bought a 3090ti from them just to get out of the dead card loop. That card lasted me awhile Until I sold it for my 4090. I would 100% buy another card from them if they came back into the game.
EVGA did not step down over AI. EVGA stepped down over NVidia enforcing a self immolating power delivery design.
"You either die a hero or you live long enough to become the villain" EVGA GPU department choose to die
i miss EVGA .... damn you jensen ....
I Have a EVGA 3090. Had to RMA it last October. Customer service was top notch approved my RMA in hours not days and got my new card in two weeks. That was mainly due to shipping when I got a notification they received the product they literally shipped the new one the next day best customer service there is. I miss them. Oh and how I got my 3090 is I happened to get a 3080ti and I did the step up program to get my 3090 best idea ever.
A lot of it also had to do with NIVIDA insisting on that awful 12v High power that both the 4000 series and 5000 series are using. EVGA wanted to stay with the current standard (the good standard) because it offered more stability. This was just the tip of the ice berg as to why, but EVGA saw the writing on the wall with NIVIDA wanting to produce their own cards as well. I still think EVGA should have swapped over to Team Red and hammered out a sweetheart deal with AMD. AMD could have easily used EVGA's reputation to help carve deep into NIVIDA's overall standing in the GPU market.
WE NEED A donut media up to speed style series, insanely entertaining and your personality clearly favors this form of content!
considering volatile state of gpu market, they made a wise decision
I wished that EVGA would jump over to AMD and making the 9000 series card few months ago
a Evga comeback With Kingpin on Team red or even team blue Would be crazy
RIP EVGA My last EVGA card is a 1060 SSC, its living out its golden years in my mom's system taking it easy playing WoW. We pray for their return :(
A EVGA 9070xt for the ultimate comeback
I'd buy any evga card if they made a comeback. I love my evga 1080ti and 3080ti. Both cards still working great for me and my little brother. They were the best IMO!
I miss EVGA. I ran EVGA PSUs and GPUs.
EVGA’s 30 day trade up is how I got a 3090 @MSRP back when they were selling for double MSRP. I bought an EVGA 1650, reached out to EVGA and traded it in for a 3090 only having to pay the price difference between the 2 cards. This was while they were out of stock as well.
Still running my EVGA 1080 Ti Hybrid on a 10+ year old 1000W EVGA power supply.
