It just felt great to see two superheroes with real, practical, accurate costumes on screen. That right there enhanced the experience ten fold.
This movie was a love letter to Hugh’s take on Wolverine. Everyone said he was wrong for the role, but his passion and respect for the character won everyone over. Seeing him put the cowl on was the last thing I needed to see. I can die happy now…
Calling it an apology tour is a strong statement. Reynolds was the real MVP
Watching two super heroes with insane healing factors try to kill each other in over the top fashion for minutes was like watching a glorious looney tunes cartoon
Seeing Henry Cavill as Wolverine and Wesley Snipes reprising Blade in cameos was so fucking great.
RDJ as "Panic Casting", truer words were never spoken!
Whether or not this movie is good depends on what you expect. If you expect high art with a complex story, it's absolutely not that. If you are expecting Reynolds, Jackman, and a few other old superhero actors getting together to fuck around for 2 hours and push a R rating to it's limits, then it's gonna be the best fucking movie of the year. Make no mistake: Everyone who was in this movie was here because they wanted to be, and that atmosphere of fun is what makes it work.
Feige didn't use the movie to stop the bleeding. He didn't approve of the movie, he tried to stop it. Bob Chapek green lit the movie, and Feige even tried talking Jackman out of it. It was all Chapek and Reynolds. You didn't do your homework on that statement.
1:21 Disney doesn't deserve anything, full credit goes to Ryan. Disney didn't even want to greenlit this project.
Apparently most of the sets are actual sets not a lot of cgi backgrounds Thank you deadpool
Definitely not saving the MCU, but its a step in the right direction
I laughed, I cried, it moved me Bob! Truly a great movie with sure some plot holes but it does what it sets out to do, be a Deadpool and Wolverine film with rated r glory
Not the greatest superheroes movie, but damn good compared to the post Endgame era. And they gave us a more accurate Wolverine suit, so it was great to watch.
They need to start making good stories not just with Deadpool and Wolverine, but every other character in their universe that we like and not just ruining them
Feige didn't want this movie to happen, and it's easy to see why. Not only did Reynolds get full creative control but Deadpool would be used to openly admit that the MCU has been horseshit ever since Endgame. Like No Way Home and Guardians 3, people have welcomed this movie with open arms but it won't be enough to save the MCU. Then Marvel proceeded to say that they've learned nothing and give us movies that nobody asked for and brought back Robert Downey Jr to play Doctor Doom.
This was a pretty good send off to the FOX Marvel movies
your hate of Reynolds kinda lame tbh.. not many actors I can see ever playing the role of Deadpool.. hes the only person that can
It was exactly what I wanted to see, a cool super hero film filled with action that doesn't take itself seriously.
I don't think KFeİge gave the green-light for this movie. I remember reading somewhere that Bob Chapek had approved this movie before he was ousted.
