I'll briefly explain this

So you are competing against the dealer(machine) to see who scores the most, but the score is limited to 21 points only, so you can't go past that (bust)

Both you and the dealer start with a pair of cards; you can choose to hit or stand. Hit means you ask for more cards to get more points, and stand means you are satisfied with your hand and keep playing with your current cards

In Riona's case, she got 2 Face cards, equal to 10 points each, totaling 20 points, so the best move here is to stand because 20 points is considered a high point and there's a huge chance of bust if you ask for more card. In the end, the dealer only got 17 points, so Riona won with 20 points

3:03 -- It's pretty simple: just try to get 21. If you get under 21, you can either draw more cards (Hit) or pass your turn (Stand) if you think it's too risky. Getting over 21 is an instant loss (Bust). Sometimes you can also double down, which doubles your bet but only allows you to pull one card for a high risk/high reward.

I shall explain Blackjack. It is mostly math.
1-10 all equal the number on the card. Jack, Queen, and King all equal 10. Ace can be either a 1 or a 10.
You try not to go over 21. 
A "Blackjack" is when you get 21 with just two cards.
