These are not stolen cars, these are cars that someone repairs on their own, you can see this in Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia .... mostly men understand mechanics, they break down the car and put it back together to avoid paying the repairman 😂😂😂😂

I love to watch all of your videos because you are so creative and intelligent. That’s one of the reasons that I moved out of a big city in California and out into 40 acres of high desert in Arizona. But, if I was your age I would love living in Berlin and I would never want to be out of a big and fun city. You always have to balance the good and the bad.

I went to that region. I was actually thinking they just leave it on the side of the road when it's broken down and it's not worth it to repair. So "nature" can reclaim it.
