I LOVE how Odysseus's silent feral anger is MUCH more intimidating that Antinous's disgusting and visceral evil. This is a Veteran of the Trojan War (Not only that, but canonically the Trojan's were MORE afraid of Odysseus than anyone else outside of Diomedes, to the point that they called him Destroyer of Cities even BEFORE the trick with the Trojan War. Yes, The Trojan considered the duo of Diomedes and Odysseus more fearsome than Achilles) and of another TEN YEARS facing all manners of horrifying sea horrors, including the lord of the deep, dark sea. And Antinous thinks he's the big fish here and can deliver utterly horrifying fates to both Telemachus and Penelope with impunity? Nah...not on his watch.
