The Greatest Living Ballplayer - Jolt'n Joe DiMaggio!

@maureen669

Husband and I were there. A glorious September day, the last game at the Stadium of that historic season, Bernie hit a homer, we walked out to Sinatra singing New York New York, as always.

@ezequielbriones6943

Should have given mr. DiMaggio Time to speak on the microphone. Notice he wanted to say something on the mic. The last time he would step foot in Yankee Stadium

@mercedesbenzodiazapine

i was there <3

@TheFreelanceTeacher

It was a great day. My brother bought tickets and we went, even though we were not OK with parking, it was an odd day to go, and it wasn't in the schedule. I wouldn't have missed it for the world.

@vintagecardcurator

His rings weren’t stolen, he sold them.

@1987ragon

@kevinburke6055

I can’t believe they did this just 6 months before he passed perfect send off.

@juanmalaka2001

Joe looked very angry.

@rstefanie2622

Boy, Joe did not look well at all out there. Maybe it was the sun, the heat, old age etc, but it appeared he wanted to say something, & was not allowed to.
