It may seem small but I really miss being able to store patterns/design codes in the Able Sisters! We could store so many back in New Leaf and it would make me feel a lot more confident about switching or replacing design codes if they had added it to New Horizons..! I hope they bring it back (and many things from New Leaf honestly) in a future sequel. I miss Club Tortimer and the minigames too~
Quality of life upgrades!β€ Like bulk-crafting while using materials from your storage and not only those in your inventory.
Multi crafting is definitely a key feature and also searching for furniture β€
I definitely want Hello Kitty, but right now I am playing Infinity Nikki and Breath of the Wild and thatβs pretty much taking up all my gaming time. π
I miss animal crossing SO MUCH. I did hold back on Hello Kitty due to only interior decorating. I love your ideas on friendship in the new acnh game. A lot of great points! Thank you for the video. I hope they listen!π
I think Pocket Camp does hint that the next game may have neck items. I'm really hoping the next game has a lot more decor available (some of the sets we have currently are incomplete in NH, there's a real lack of available decor items in comparison to NL - possibly the biggest complaint about NH.) It would be awesome if Pocket Camp became compatible with it, but unlikely as it's taking a back seat later this year. Based on Happy Home Paradise update on NH, we may see that as a main feature in the next game - as one of the most often seen complaints (aside from lack of decor to collect) was a lack of good progression, it's possible to have a "main street" style progression - designing shops as you unlock them (as seen in HHP). One of the things many people enjoyed about New Leaf was the variety of shops to check for stock - let's hope that comes back. I would like the wallpaper to no longer dictate windows and instead, windows are a wall placed item (again as seen in Pocket Camp) It would be awesome if they could be customised in colour as well as what fabric to use as curtains. I am hoping that the exercise tape deck, crafting, terraforming (with new paths like a metal path and a splash path) and outdoor decorating stays, we get more space to decorate (even if it does mean instancing areas), the museum gets free build exhibits again and a botanical garden to display collected plants. Heck, what if we were given free reign to design the museum as we see fit? Diagonal rotation of furniture has been a popular request from players along with an outdoor rotational camera (I think the outdoor rotational camera could get difficult as it could induce a lot of motion sickness as it views a bigger space or complaints about a slow rotation) I think a lot of players would like to customise their house better with room sizing (as seen in HHP) and maybe not stick to the usual T shape ground floor with an upstairs and basement. What if doors could be placed for rooms so that you could have two back rooms or even move doors so that the design spaces are unique? (This would be easy to do, just create a door as a wall item and save a room connected to that door, have them indestructible, unable to be dropped and only placed in that player's house so that people don't lose their stuff) I'd like the mini games back from NL, keep dodo tours so that there's always something new to visit (maybe merge Kapp'n's tours though, they should have been a refresh on dodo tours imho) I'd like a music player on my phone (I want the phone kept!) so that I could listen to any KK or hour theme I wanted inside or out - or even turn it off, because a lot of people would like to just listen to the wind rustling the trees or the waves on the shore. I'd also like an app which calls villagers to hang out and follow outside, occasionally interacting with spaces I've built - because currently, all they do is mooch around the plaza. I can understand if the animals found it difficult to get around, but my island is pretty easy terrain - and they still don't move around the plaza. I'd like an auction house similar to the one in City Folk which loads random items from other people playing online so that I can purchase items which are difficult to get, or sell items I have duplicates of which are not for sale on the nook catalogue. Speaking of non-reorderable items, I'd mark the inventory icons of those items with a gold star - so that you know its not reorderable and don't sell it by accident. I'd improve a dance feature with KK as a DDR style mini game to play with friends and earn some exclusive KK rewards so that his concerts are more exciting than the KK event on HHP island. Dressers should have a feature for quick storage of items like the shed, so that there is a practicality to having a dresser as well as a wardrobe in a room. I'd like to see more function with clothes than just something that is a statement for your character - I'm one of those players that doesn't have much incentive to change my clothes once in a while other than when the season changes and it looks odd running around in winter with a garden tank and shorts. What if there were Gracie's fashion shows and laundry, where animals would refuse to speak to you and run away if your clothes smelled, so that you had to wash and dry them as a reminder to change your look once in a while? I'd definitely love a change to how flowers function, they take over islands every time it rains. If they were picked and could be stored/used up, it would give more function to gardening other than making your area look pretty and have some control over them, without paving every inch of your space! Vases with flower arrangements were definitely a missed opportunity with NH.
You have a delightful voice, and *this game is adorable :D
Not the halloween dancing video haha
Great ideas π
