This might be symbolism for purgatory.Because she is in an endless maze(like an endless cycle) till she gets to go to the heaven(or maybe hell depending on how you see it).the part where the people were crossing her dead corpse might have been where she has fallen to her death, considering the fact that you see a black and white clip of her falling earlier on(appearing to be frightened).Probably from a roof because we see that she has no shoes on and in Japan, they take their shoes off before the suicide.(or the people passing her might of threw her off the roof yandere style).She feels frustrated because she is in purgatory and is constantly reminded that she is, in fact, dead(the red-eyed her is probably that reminder) and has to deal with the tedious trial of trying to get to heaven.The arrows might be symbolizing that she is running around in circles in frustration of being in such an empty world.

This is my understanding: The song is hinting the girl is dead, the "maze" is like her journey to the afterlife, but she gets lost and forever roams around the maze searching for the "goal" AKA the afterlife. Perhaps the reason as to why Hanatan's voice sounded like a child at the beginning then sounding like an adult near the end of the song is showing that she's been stuck in the maze for a very long time.

I think this might some sort of lighter version of Hikari Yo. But then again it's probably because of the same PV artist. I have no idea what the song is about or called, but I suspect that it tells the story of a girl who's confused about her life. She doesn't understand her goals and what she wants. And so she justーroams around, completely unguided.
