@BrakerOfStones

I refused to testify for a grand jury. I made a bad mistake when I was younger, and although I had all the information and could’ve easily helped put them away, all they had were threats of charges. Long story short I moved to Florida, which is 3000 miles away because I was 19 and scared. The court said they would press charges against me so I just quit answering my phone and nothing ever came of it. That was 18 years ago. Everyone involved got no more than 18 to 24 months because of lack of evidence and have created lives and families and they know that I didn’t testify the American judicial system is completely and totally bullshit and I want nothing to do with it. From the tyrants on the streets, or the guys and girls in robes that Cant Understand Normal Thought. I want nothing to do with them and I don’t even say a word when I get pulled over for victim crimes so that they can collect for our corrupt government. I don’t answer questions.
So basically, I’d rather go to jail and testify against somebody. But I’m also physically disabled and can’t afford the surgery so I’m pretty much in jail already day after day.

Just another example of how this country lies about being a free country.

@Crapefont

Does immunity transfer over to civil lawsuits as well?

@debbie4503

I would testify. I don't lie for anyone. Call me a snitch or whatever...I don't lie for other people because they shouldn't put me in that position anyway.

@PACXS

I'm guessing you only get immunity to the testimony given related to the question at hand. Otherwise, you are asked to testify about fraud, and confess to murder with impunity :-D
