The person's intention. Whether they speak honestly and are genuine. What their degree of empathy is for others. Whether they're playing games of manipulation or wearing a mask. (Most of these things don't have much to do with the spoken word...it's facial expressions or lack of, how they look with their eyes at you, what your intuition is telling you, whether something doesn't feel right or you can't understand something regarding what they're saying and what their actions are). I mean who needs it. For some trite meaningless chit chat who cares...but for anything more than that IT MATTERS. It's important.

This is so insightful and accurate it's amazing, I really am exactly like that especially when it comes to seeing through people. Some of the biggest fakes in life are incredibly good at landing managerial roles, I don't even have to try to spot them, my skin starts to crawl when I get within ten feet. They know I know as well, fake people don't like direct eye contact, that's entirely unlike the real people who aren't trying to hide anything. Excellent video!

When you choose to live a life free from fear you become a force for change, you live in the moment and live authentic to your values. Your actions and choices are in the best interest of you and your life. It sounds narcissistic but you live and love yourself and those that better your life and become a part of you and your journey. Sigmas have lived a life of being vulnerable and victimized by those that should have supported their best interests but were betrayed. So we took control over fear and determined our own path. Free from manipulation, coercion and control. We are the Captains of our destiny and anyone that gets in the way of that will be punished.

Excellent, can you imagine having the ability to understand and learn at the same time in the moment and having to use this knowledge and direct it with carefully thought planning on the spot whilst moving into action to master the goal ahead. When you get to your goals they can always surprise you when you realise you could have gone further. There's only one problem. No problem. Peace.

Due to being a Sigma, I recognize there aren't that many different Archetypes...that's why I understand "who" people are very quickly. Everyone likes to think they are entirely individual, which is true in part, yet their fundamental Personality is the same as so many others, the pattern recognition thing is so true.

Yeah, it's all in how they look at you. You can see what motivates them. It takes 30 seconds to root out the bad people.
