This man has gotten me 3 management jobs over the course of 4 years. Each time I’ve get a raise at my new position.
Although, SEAT is a solid framework for structure, but as a recruiter, I see its limits. It can feel generic and doesn’t encourage storytelling, which is key to standing out. Candidates risk sounding mechanical rather than memorable. My tip? Use SEAT as a base but personalise it with examples and a cohesive narrative. Stories connect, and the connection is what leaves a lasting impression.
Best video out there! I did exactly what you mentioned in the video and got hired to my now position! Thank you very much sir.
I used these methods of answering my interview questions and nailed the job I’ve been there for 2 yrs now!
I will be back here just to give my testimony and gratitude when am done with my interview and passed...
Tips from Agent 47 will definitely help me get better in my interviews.
This is the best job-seeking interview video I have ever watched. VALUE, VALUE, VALUE and to the point. Thank you!
This is one of many methods but very sound. I’ve been on many hiring panels and the tell me about yourself is not the time to overshare. Keep out potentially disqualifying things (duh) but sensitive ones too. You think you’re being honest and up front, but in reality there are some things an employer can’t ask you but if you have mouth diarrhea and talk about family needs, health issues, political leanings, or anything else personal it will be used against you. Speak to your value you bring and what you can do for the company. Good luck! I hope all of you never have to click into a job you hate.
I have an interview at 2p and I'm coming to your videos for a refresher. Thank you, sir, for all that you do for us.
Tomorrow I'm having my Interview, wish me all the best
Went into the interview having all that i got from you and they brought the question rather twisted. The HR lady said ,"Take us through your CV." I am really thankful to this page because you provide flexibility in the way you present your answers, I managed to take them through my experience and after that I was able to put in the SEAT structure. Less than a week got confirmation that i was successful.
About 2 weeks ago I started searching for a new job, and so far I have had 4 interviews this week, and possibly more to come in the following weeks. My industry is quite broad so all the jobs I applied for are quite different. So far, I have been able to positively impress the hiring managers and I got a really positive feedback from them, I am still waiting for an offer. Thank you very much for your help!
