@MightDieProductions

Grouse work brother. Really showed the scene the way it is. The fact so many spectators enjoyed it and you can see its so healthy for the kids to be out giving life a crack.🙌🙌🙌

@beelake9436

i’m doing a lil binge of your videos & i really like the way you cover these different topics. you approach a range of things with tact, genuine interest and respect. there’s a lot of sensationalist journalism out there and it can get exhausting to listen to, so i really enjoy how different this is. ur just getting out there and listening to the community, keep it up ! fantastic stuff

@The-Blue-Lad

Thanks for the interview dude! Glad I was able to discover your channel, awesome content 🤙

@edwardwilliams9185

I am pretty torn on the subject. On one hand, being a nearly 40 year old, I grew up riding bikes with my mates, working on bikes, learning tricks and stuff. I still ride a bike EVERY SINGLE DAY, and I will still wheelie my bike whenever I get the chance. Anything to get more people out and excited about riding is always a good thing.

On the other hand, a lot of the kids on these ride outs are riding illegal electric motorbikes (I can't believe the audacity of the dude riding an actual dirtbike?!) - they aren't riding for fitness, the electric bikes are very powerful; and dangerous, not just for the rider, but the pedestrians/other road users. What comes to mind is the awful death of a young mother in Carrum Downs nearly 10 years ago, when a kid on a monkey bike plowed into her in a shopping centre carpark. Monkey bikes are smaller and less powerful than some of the electric bikes that these kids are riding. Yes, it's only one example - BUT what isn't reported as much in the news are the kids that are injured as the riders.

We are so lucky in Melbourne that there are so many great mountain biking trails close to train stations, you can get out and challenge yourself, build up your fitness and see nature.. saying that staying at home punching cones is all you can do before these ride outs that feature other dangerous/illegal activities falls short of an excuse if you ask me...

Keep up the great videos 👍

@TJ_OFFICIAL_MELB

Damn bro, love your work man!

@untitledsam

love the vid i expected this video to have millions of views its so underrated🔥🔥

@Jupulian

i was the one on the orange ebike at southbank maccas,good to see people's positive reactions to bikelife

@lucasmarik7076

When I initially clicked on the video I thought it was about motorcycle 'bikies' in Melbourne but when I realized it was about push bikes I became so much more invested in watching the video. This is tops! I think I'm gonna try and do this at some point in a similar way but in my Hometown of Launceston.

 While I don't necessarily disagree with the use of edirt Bikes on public roads I definitely disagree with the unsafe use of them e.g. not being courteous to pedestrians, following traffic rules etc (except the stupid rules like riding on foot paths, having bike reflectors etc).

 Even though us bike riders, skateboarders and scooter riders know that we're in control and know how to avoid and go around pedestrians and cars, it freaks out a lot of regular "joe blows" (especially some elderly) out there because all that they see it's a fast vehicle coming towards them. Yes, it can be entertaining to us riders to treat pedestrians and cars like obstacle courses but when you put yourself in the other person's shoes it can freak them out a bit.

Also, Blue Man!??!!!??? wtf. SO GOOD! Especially, the scuffed as mouth hole in the morph suit 🤣
The world needs more cookers like that xox

@The-Blue-Man1 When are you doing a national vegemite guzzling tour?
"Blu-mite coming to a city near you" lol

@economyofmotion

Killer! I'm a bit sad I missed it, to be honest... It looks like a blast! Good on you boys!

@mbl.luckie

sick video! bikelife in melb shouldn't be thought as crime

@jazminamaree104

how do i find the rideouts on what app do i look i really wanna go to one

@tonyhadenough2574

They commit crimes because they know they can get away with it because there is no consequences for their actions

@CLROUGH

Stop stealing bikes though
Buy your own then ride proudly

@1F0_YT
