The people employed that did the waste/fraud with massive amounts or any amounts of money for what's probably many many years.... Every person that was caught misusing may amount of money..... I think we should be able to see an list of all the makes of the workers that was doing it and also are they going to be charged with waste /fraud or whatever it can be called. If a regular run of the mill person got caught wstefully spending money that shouldn't have been spent.... I think they would be fired and charged with fraudulent use of company or busines lmoney. If any of us too money out of company money and spent it on something the business didn't approve of it being spent on... Absolutely we would be fired and there would be criminal charges. So all the people in the government that was wastefully and fraudulently spending hundreds of thousands of not millions of dollars over the years should be treated as they would if they pulled that at any business or company. Where are the charges?? Who are the people being charged... And I really think all the money should have to be paid back even if it takes 30 years... Or a lifetime. Whats fair is fair. Walmart wouldn't like an employee taking money out of the register to buy their own lunch or taking money out of the register to be able to take a taxi home instead of the city bus. So............
