I remember hearing that the spectacular Spider-Man was supposed to be in the same universe as Avengers Earth's Mightyest Heroes while they were supposed to get Josh Keaton to voice Parker in that show however they used Drake Bell instead, Good Marvel cartoons such as this along with Earth's Mightiest Heroes deserve a comeback with a new season.

9:38 I miss this kind of Venom and other villains like him written in a similar manner. Sony pretrial of venom leans to heavy on the humorous and good-hearted antihero that misses out on a lot off the menace and mystique, which a lot of sonny's Villans turn antihero have a hard time capturing .

A lot of shows like Spectacular Spider-Man deserved better, it’s unfortunate how many great shows got cancelled during and after Spectacular Spider-Man’s runtime Regardless, it’s good that the show existed in the first place, rather then being made at all.

I can't tell you how great it is that people are still talking about spectacular spiderman, but to have you go over it is amazing. I loved how this version of the joker is the perfect rival for Spiderman. Someone that can match spiderman in brains, brawns, and wits. He may act more like the joker, but it works. Especially when Norman is the complete opposite. Top that off with the overall premise for this spiderman, being that Spiderman is the catalyst for all the supervillains. Because he upped the game and with super villains being the only thing that could allow regular criminals to commit crimes. (Natural order. got high praised to being one of the best villain speeches.) The fact that regular criminals can't even come close to touching spiderman, with top level enforcers with guns stood a slightly better chance. Top it off with Kraven, even if his new form doesn't have a good aesthetic. We have to keep in mind Kraven is in peak physical shape. The fact that he could wrestle wild animals. With a grip so tough he bragged he could hold a bear, but was surprise that someone like spiderman could easily break out with ease. There are a lot of things to say about the series, but the last one is that at least this version didn't have someone else come in to somewhat replace spiderman. Which seems to be a thing nowadays.

I loved the prison episode with Black Cat's dad. I loved how she is used to how Spiderman acts, but once her father shows up. She noticed an immediate and almost scary side of Peter, the closest we get all series to Spiderman that doesn't joke. Aside from when the Symbiote took Peter to go against the sinister six, while he's asleep. The level of concern in her voice when she asked her dad what he did holds up.

I remember watching this when I was around 8 and loving it. Even growing up with it I always revisted it, watching it and enjoying it every time. It kills me to know we'll never get another season. But I'm glad knowing that there's still so much love and appreciation for the show I grew up loving. Great video btw 💛
