I love your yoga videos! I do it every day before I go to bed and it allows me to wake up very early in the morning and fresh. You are amazing. I've been following u guys  from the first time  u appeared on u tube...so that's many moons ....
I simply love ur workouts..however I notice in this video especially..as we age we are not as flexible  as we use to be.regardless ..time changes everything... .and this is coming from a 67 years old that workout  regularly.since in my late teens.. maintaining a 107 lbs....
So I am requesting a yoga class focus towards ur older fansπŸ˜‚.....
