DHIL does not need Sparkle. She helps immensely, but is not required. Hanya can help, but if you have Sunday and a couple other SP+ characters, he works fine. My spouse only pulls for male characters, and only started playing HSR because they thought Dan Heng was really cool. Now, their team for him is DHIL, Jiaoqiu, Sunday, and Luocha, and there is zero issue with SP. Not a perfect team, but good enough to get the job done. All characters are E0 without signature LCs.

11:00 You can get both Seele and Blade now if you lose 50/50, so I'd say build them if you happen to get them. Especially Blade, since he's gonna get buffed in a few weeks.

3:20 why is missing an atk rope a problem for E0S0 Aglaea? Doesn't her ginormous SPD conversion to ATK dilute this stat???

Jingyuan doesnt really need huo huo, most of the time i over stack with him and sunday provides enough energy for him. The only reason youd want huo huo is for robin but she can still be replaced with Gallagher, my old man is carrying me harder then acheron with her premium team

None of these are really valid criticism of the characters. This is a team building game and a team is always more than one character. Acheron needs Jaioqui. DHIL needs Sparkle. Aglaea/JY need Sunday. Castorice needs her LC. Boothill needs Fugue. All of them need a sustain or a subdps or a support. That's the point of having a 4 character team line up. What you do is you do your research and you vertically invest into the DPSs you like the most, their BIS support and couple of versatile F2P or F2Pish harmony/abundance/preservation units and you're done.

Never regret pulling for Castorice. Even with E0 and a bad lightcone (I'll pull for her sig on her rerun) she's carrying me everywhere I go. She deserves to get Hyacine as a treat <3

I think Acheron can work with RMC, best if you have E2 and Acheron needs her LC to maximize her ult uptime.

Very good analysis. I would add: 1) Mydei - You can run Mydei, RMC, Gallagher, Pela. It's not ideal, but it actually works. 2) Castorice - same team works: RMC, Castorice, Gallagher, Pela. It's obviously not her best team (I'm willing to bet her best team has Hyacine on it) but completely serviceable. I've seen a zero cycle with that team (not my own) with an E0S1 Castorice, RMC, Pela and Gallagher.

I used DHIL when he came out and he worked pretty good. Used him with 3 4 stars like Lynx. Never really had skill point issues. Funnily enough i have more trouble now with Sparkle😂

I wanna say that needing one character doesn't make you F2P unfriendly, try using Feixiao without either Robin or Tribbie. Rappa Boothill and Firefly struggle big time without Fugue. Being usable and being good are two worlds apart, Pela RMC and Gallagher if you have Acheron's sig that team will perform better than most characters with just their LC as second cost. I feel like I've commented a lot on your vids today, I promise I'm not picking on you I like your vids <3

Not a terrible list but just want to note Sunday +light cone is actually more sp positive than Sparkle, which only becomes more true if you end up getting E2 Sunday. Also, for DHIL E2+, Sparkle's buffing ability really doesn't work well with his own action advance. So you actually might want to avoid Sparkle for now if you're looking to invest in your DHIL. Plus, Sunday can wear the Penacony planar set to further buff dragon man since they're both imaginary. Sparkle would need to get a buff/rework to work better with higher investment DHIL. But again, even at E0 she's not actually his best in slot anymore.
