@rnrtruestories

What other 90s era bands should I do? If you guys are on a late 90's kick here's my video on Matchbox Twenty's First Album https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0w_pCY6yaI&t=2s&pp=ygUnbWF0aGJveCB0d2VudHkgcm9jayBuIHJvbGwgdHJ1ZSBzdG9yaWVz

@Peavey311

That first album is an absolutely perfect record. I can throw it on and believe that time travel is real.

@matthewsommerville88

First record is perpetually underrated. It is brilliant pop that stands far above their peers from the time

@nickreeves897

Being in the East Coast, I listen to their greatest hits as soon as spring starts and it takes me through the summer. Been doing that for a decade and it always puts me in a great mood.

@mj47.

Been waiting for a solid dive into TIB! One of the greatest albums of the decade.

@WileECoyoder

"From what I hear, the kids are going to love it."

That unnamed label boss? Marty McFly.

@User31129

I'm 39 and this album was the first album I ever purchased when I was 17. Their fourth album, released in 2009 is very underrated. If you like their earlier stuff and haven't heard this one, you'll love it, trust me.

@RickRottman

Another great video. Listening to Third Eye Blind just now brought back so many good memories. It's funny. Music has always been with me, through good times and bad. When I listen to music from the past, I only think of the good. Even when I listen to music I know I listened to when things sucked, it doesn't bring back any dark memories. It's only the good. Thanks for doing what you do!

@scottieray

3EB will always have a place in my Playlist. Motorcycle Drive By is such a great song.

@LeechWife

3EB is and will always be one of the most important bands to me. I still occasionally get very emotional listening to the first two albums. Songs like Narcolepsy, Motorcycle Drive-By and Darkness just feel very personal to me and listening to them even today I still feel like I did back when I first heard them. They comfort me on a special level.

@SK43853

the RICK BEATO interview is great , Stephan picks up an acoustic guitar and plays motorcycle drive by for Rick..

@yvettevitacaponigro

Thank you for sharing this with us! Have a great day! ✌🏼😊

@writerartist6306

Always liked his lisp πŸ˜‚and Jumper is a banger. Time I dive through the discography.

@nolarobert

That first record was awesome. I had it playing constantly when I was in grad school. My girlfriend and I caught Third Eye Blind at World's Fair Park in Knoxville in August 1998. They put on a fantastic show. I'd love to hop in a time machine and take another trip through grad school. Those were some darn good times.

@OkinInc

Man, no wonder I always thought the lead singer was old, because he was! πŸ˜‚Goes to show hard work can pay off. Like the lead singer of the Goo Goo Dolls.

Was 18 when Semi Charmed Life came out and it was THE song of the Summer. Well at least for my mates and I here in New Zealand.

Thanks for all your vids bro, always great to watch and lean some music history from. Legend! ☝️🎸

@guiramos3733

Jenkins is a great songwriter, but he failed to understand that the real magic of 3EB came from his partnership with Kevin Cadogan. Kevin literally defined the sound and essence of the band.
Once Kevin was gone, they still delivered some good music, but never fully recaptured that essence from their two first albums.
It would be great to watch a video from you on that fallout.

@ninji5226

3EB and Matchbox 20 were atmospheric when I was a Junior in highschool, absolutely couldnt get away from them. I didnt like either because I was a super duper tough metalhead (my words, no one else's) but dig them now, Matchbox 20 moreso bc Rob Thomas has one of the greatest most unique voices in rock ever.

@judgementday2024

I wanna go back to the 90's 😒

@mekorn29

Graduate helped me graduate high school. Was on the edge of not graduating on time in 1999. I listened to that song every morning before school, and I did graduate on time. Thank you 3eb!)

@kamikazeclaymore

Saw them with Eve 6 touring for the first album. During the encore, Jenkins was carrying a bottle of Jack and wearing a viking helmet. He was bombed but kept it together for a great show.
