I was told after spending 17 away from confession, after having heard my sins, Father said it was confessions like the one I had given, was why he became a priest. I was just happy to unburden myself and having received absolution. One of the single greatest feelings I have ever witnessed

The most enlightened confession I ever had was face to face. We had a conversation that lasted 2 hours. Then mass. I felt amazing afterward.

You are adorable!! I'm 70 next month so I can say that LOL, and I have always noticed that priests tend to have a better sense of humor than other religions...new subscriber!! I have also returned to my Catholic roots and it feels wonderful.
