And Gang, Drug and Domestic violence in foreign countries are LOCAL POLICE MATTERS not a reason to sneak into The U.S. or any other country! Nor reasons to try to claim Asylum. Also when Illegals are arrested WE are required to notify their home country's Embassies, wouldn't that settle the "Jurisdiction" question? And not just the U.S. but ALL Western countries have done way, WAY more than their share in that "Asylum and Refugee" business, time for Other Countries to take over now. At this point those programs are just being used for scams to get into Western countries and claim benefits that foreign nationals shouldn't be getting here. If Our government looked into it, they would surely find people using different names to get thousands of dollars more in benefits. And those "Refugee and Asylum" programs were designed to be used on a case by case basis, not as a "blanket" for thousands or MILLIONS of people! And another problem emerges in this area, how do we VET people from countries that don't even keep Birth Records? We can't, it is impossible!

All these Men and Women involved in the Border Operations should be given Training Credit for Inter- agency Cooperation with Civilian or Military Agencies needed during time of Peace or War ! This is the best Training you can get, it's in real time!. Plus, if it happens again our agencies are Already Trained to deal with the Emergency ! So for, in the future this can be a Big Feather in our Caps to already be familiar with Federal,Local,Civilian,Military and Foreign agencies working together !
