@HojoAmasuke

Interesting video, great footage, but the music was so distracting...

@georgia.cccccc

loved the video but would've been better without the action music

@FEMMEFURTIVE

Hey, i live in Canada and a lot of people made this error but it’s better to use the word Inuit than Eskimo. Because, Eskimo mean «people who eat raw meat» and it’s the name give by the colonisator but anyways really good video :)

@emmyo6678

The images are from various movies. It's interesting that the narrator pronounces "Canada" with American accent.

@needscel21

omg! the music just killed this video

@marktruckingkelly

These people were Britons and identified as British. The English had been at war with the French for hundreds of years trying to compete for land and territory found in the new world. Britons at that time were loyal to their King and country and mainly Protestant church of England. One God , One word. No other authority. Some say the American war of independence was a Popish war against Protestantism. When the Americans mention Ireland, they don't understand Ireland was occupied by Britain because it was an open flank that could have been occupied by the French and thus stopped ships leaving Britain. No word is spoken about the Irish immigrants denied entry unless they fought in the American civil war. One God. One monarch. Justice and Parliament.

@MarleneNsgaard-bj4gt

Sorry, cant sit through this because of the annoying music..too bad..

@PtolemyCeasar

When the Queen transferred her power of the people of Canada to us. She made her consent legal and clear in the Charter of Rights of Canada.

@Aces77777

It doesn't matter who was here first , it's who made Canada great that matters

@joleneambrozich6631

I'm going to say, people watching history don't care about the back ground music.. it totally does not go with the video either

@Orangelisted

I loved the use of footage from various documentaries and biopics, it was fun to see which ones I recognized lol. I think it did need music but I don't think that was exactly the right choice and it could have been quieter at some points. But other than that, very entertaining, and great commentary. Keep it up!

@TimFrith24

This history of Canada goes back long time ago when immigrants from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and France arrived in our neighbor to the north.

@allannantes8583

Only about 80% accurate and also with a lot of errors and omissions. A Canadian rendition of this story would be quite different and objectively accurate than this one from an American “point of view”. Canada won the war of 1812-1814 as Canada repelled the invasion by the U.S.. Canada also burned down your Capital in Washington DC.

@tomadams5638

The image at 17:43 is from the movie “Glory” where Robert Gould Shaw is about to meet Frederick Douglass.

@Edu-Coimbra

Why there is a so load sound in the background of the video??!! disappointment

@meghanmccreary9965

I love my country🇨🇦

@lalaclub2486

OMG! The music is too loud , can't hear anything!

@memyselfandcorpse2

We don't say Eskimo.

Its inuit.

@jonathankatula743

What is the name of the background sound please ?!

@omarsato1065

Music is awful
