During this meditation, I felt a concentrated pressure and an intense warmth blooming between my eyebrows, as if a gateway had opened within me. In that moment, I seemed to dissolve into a million tiny fragments, scattering like stardust across an infinite expanse, only to gently reassemble into a profound and harmonious wholeness.
