I remember when they had that show "Next Food Network Star" they had a segment about how hard it is to day after day creatively, vividly describe food so that listeners and viewers can relate. Karissa does such a good job describing what she's enjoying and she usually includes little educational tidbits that I really appreciate. Nothing ever seems recycled. And she seems like such a sweetheart too!
