I love non-stop workouts because I feel that all the training from your previous workouts have paid off. Usually I think a 10 second break is short, but being able to complete a workout with no breaks makes me feel unstoppable! Thank you Anna for helping me become my strongest self!
When I saw this workout i was like: no waaay, you can't do this... without breaks? But you all know what? I did that, and I'm so proud of myself. Thank you Anna, that you taking out the best of me. โคโคโค

To be honest, I stopped so many times but still finished. I am not so used to being so active and you helped me reach further than I thought I could.

i thought i wasn't making any progress really in my workout journey, and then I was able to do this all the way through without stopping! AND i did all the pushups as tricep pushups which i've not been able to do!!! 2 months ago i never could have done that so THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA โคโคโคโค
I normally rotate my workouts, just to have some diversity. But this workout is SO good; I come back to it at least once a month. It's the perfect balance between cardio and strength and more chill moves at exactly the right moments. I just love non stop workouts, because if I keep moving, there is less time to think about 'HOW MUCH LONGER?', haha. Thank you so much for this video. If you ever make a new 30 minute none stop one, it will definitly be added to my workouts <3

Anna LOVED THIS! Killer cardio and sweat galore! Huge fan of putting these into the rotation-30 minutes doesnโt mean it is easy!! Doing your amazing exercises without stopping makes for the BEST workouts! Always love your motivation and music too๐
This workout busted my husband and me. We had to modify a few things and were able to finish but woah, what a workout!

Note to self: well done. You will need to do this again to get through better. Struggled hard at the end. Great cardio push. No breaks. Used 3lbers on a few moves. Will make myself do this again.
I'm not lying when I say that there were drops of sweat on my EYELASHES during this workout ๐ฅต OMG, this was an AMAZING cardio! Enjoyed it from minute 1 to the last move! Thank you Anna! You've truly prepared us for this level of workout and of course you've made us stronger! ๐ค๐ป๐ฅ๐ค๐ป
I rested every 3 exercises or so for about 20 seconds and it was still incredibly hard. My heart feels like its gonna jump out of my chest โค
I love the intensity of this workout! Even though there were no breaks it was still at a level that I can push myself to complete each exercise. I was laughing so hard near the end where she was doing the midair kicks๐คฃ
