@thecake6635

Fans: Television
Dustin: Tunnelvision

@GavinPlante

This song is like if Trials and Telekinetic went out for a nice night on the town, shared a bottle of wine, then had a child and raised that child with Downplay music

@nicholasrooley3376

No other band does lyrics like Starset. No other band makes me pull out a dictionary, either. They're my favorite!

@voltix9594

I can officially say this is the first time I’ve ever heard the word ‘braggadocio’

@spookyspacedude3663

I love that they have the animated symbols for Horizons.
AND THE BASS IS SO PROMINENT!

@opulenceharbingerofchaos3939

“Now you’re narrowing your logic; it’s blurry and kind of toxic”
My favorite delivery of the whole song. Honestly really underrated song.

@selinnazsur2328

Us: After Telescope, Telepathic and Telekinetic, will we get Television?
Starset: Well yes, but actually no

@startic7516

It's almost like he's rapping in this and I'm LIVING for it

@NMages20

He's gotta do that "rap" smooth line delivery style more. This is definitely up there for one of my favorite songs on the album

@riaxuez8052

"gaslight gaslight flames
hide the fire of a straw man burning
close-mind one-side games
from a liar who won’t stop subverting"
I love the fact that they're educated and use words and metaphors that show so. Fallacies and metaphors that show a deep understanding for our current existence as humans. The love for Astronomy, Robotics, AI, Biology, Philosophy...As someone who is pursuing Biophysics to work at NASA and become an Astronaut, you are a part of my inspiration. Thank you for doing STEM outreach as well, you guys are just absolutely incredible.

@Lojemiru

friendship ended with EARTHRISE

now TUNNELVISION is my new best friend

@themperorsomnium

I have NEVER heard lyrical burns this intense. Whoever Dustin was arguing with just got dipped into a VOLCANO.

@Ahalaya

You have to applaud a band that can use the word "braggadocio" and make it work so seamlessly.

@varekgarcia8014

First Starset rap ever... Hands down, this is amazing!

@undeadsky923

“When your covers blown, youll never know because you can’t see past your nose” one of my favorites

@majestikmarii7291

The symbol is like a tunnel and the words to this song are so perfectly crafted it’s all so gooooodddddd

@catdragon1313

The more I listen to it, the more I think this is a knowing party laying a trap for a malicious person.
Read: the first delivery of “can you feel the heat” versus the other two of “You can feel the heat”
And more specifically later:
“Now the emperor has got no clothes”
Implying that ruse is up and the person who set the trap is enjoying but:
“Once the curtain is pulled back, you’ll never know ‘cause you can’t see past your nose.” The spider in the trap is so wrapped up in their own warped mindset and narcissism that they don’t even know they’ve been played.
The comments about the gaslighting hiding the flames of the straw man (a long-held symbol for a bullshit fake point in an argument). It’s all SO GOOD!!

Tl;dr, Starset tells better stories than a lot of books I’ve read, with the benefit of a kickass soundtrack to boot ♥️

@ShisaCT

the whole album was fire, but this song won the first place for me. specially this part 2:13. simply amazing

@alannag.8164

Something about the way Dustin sings "ten kil-o-ton" scratches a part of my brain~

@Veyyyyy

one of my favorites from the album so far, the funky guitar on the 2nd verse is such a nice touch and makes me wanna dance
