I feel like Melissa McCarthy improvises a lot. Like she says what the script asks, but she adds a little gesture, or an extra sentence, etc. And it never feels out of place, it is organic and she always stays in the scene. She's pretty damn great, she feels more like a regular cast member than a guest host.
“That cash could really get me out of a couple of jams” has been my go to line since this first aired. 😂 timeless.
idk about anyone else but i think “there’s a hidden valley ranch party in MY mouth” was ironically the best quote of them all
Sometimes I forget how incredibly talented Melissa McCarthy is until I see her with other comedians. She definitely has that special something that makes her stand out.
“We all hate you.” I nearly died. Melissa’s wig was spot on.
SNL must love her she is so committed!!!!
Melissa's characters are so real that it's kinda scary.
10 years later and this is still one of my favs.
This skit always makes me think that Chris Farley was looking down on the SNL stage that night and was smiling proud and maybe even laughing along , she absolutely brought the Chris Farley spirit of SNL back for a time.
"I'll give you $50 to leave right now." "Deal. Can you make it $30?" Wait, what? LMAO
Melissa's level of commitment is legendary...!!!
is it just me or is anyone else doing a Saturday Night Live marathon as well ?
how come everytime I see Melissa in SNL, she never reads the que cards. there are a few other actors, but melissa nails it everytime! hilarious!!!!!
Melissa McCarthy is just on another level. Powerfully funny always.
MELISSA: Man I could really use that cash Mark. That cash could get me out of a couple of jams. 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Some real acting right there, from everyone... i wouldn't be able to contain myself with her doing all that funny stuff xD
When she squirted the whole bottle in her mouth, all of the other actors looked genuinely surprised/scared
The fact she's wearing a Spock sweater somehow makes it even funnier
"I'm getting a big hint of kiwi"....... "It's Bacon!" Lmao
