Nossa conheci esses dois hoje 22/02/024, faz 3 dias que estou me exercitando, não gosto de academia. amei as aulas deles, suei bastante, a partir de hoje vou fazer esse treino, precisei adapta 2 movimentos, mais os outros conseguir fazer direitinho. Pessoal estou feliz, por ter começado, hoje tenho 1, 69 e 81 kl, minha meta é menos uns 6 kl, já fico feliz....Mas, se conseguir mais melhor ainda. gratidão! depois eu volto pra falar se conseguir continuar, porque sei que tudo depende da nossa força de vontade e foco no resultado.

I just completed this workout and I was sweating alot! I enjoyed this type of HIIT workout and I have done these before yet this one was fun! Cant wait to do more and be more in shape!

Hey guys, I am currently at 70kg and my goal weight is 57kg I hope in June 2025. I will get a new gold ring from my hubby if I make it. I am not able to finish this workout fully today but I will be back cuz this is awesome❤

The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. ❤❤ wish me luck to lose weight.

I diet and exercise 15-20 minutes a day. After 20 days, I lost from 78kg to 74kg. Today will be my 2nd season (it starts on August 20th), I will persistently practice this exercise every day and will always check off after completing the exercise.

Absolutely love this workout. It's easy enough but man, it makes you sweat! I was about 6 months postpardum when I started this workout, doing it 6 times a week, but not being in a calorie deficit, & I did manage to lose 10lbs within 4 months, it's now been 6 months since I started, with adding a calorie deficit, & I've lost about 25 lbs. So thankful for this workout!
