The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. β€β€ wish me luck to lose weight.

I diet and exercise 15-20 minutes a day. After 20 days, I lost from 78kg to 74kg. Today will be my 2nd season (it starts on August 20th), I will persistently practice this exercise every day and will always check off after completing the exercise. DAY 1: β

I just completed this workout and I was sweating alot! I enjoyed this type of HIIT workout and I have done these before yet this one was fun! Cant wait to do more and be more in shape!
