At 3:59:48 the correct condition in the if statement is: if (lower_bound >= delta), it is incorrect to change this as was done in the video. - Delta represents the minimum effect we want to see before making a business decision. - Therefore, the lower bound of the confidence interval (which is smallest difference we might expect between the control & experimental groups at the 95% confidence), must be larger than the delta for us to go ahead with the decision (and change our approach from the control to the experimental approach).
