CQB is f**** terrifying. The defenders always have the advantage, So training to redundancy is the minimum requirement to survive that kind of scenario

Repeated training does a couple things. 1. Maybe you come across a scenario you trained for and you’re ready. 2. Since you trained, you’re confident you know what to do. Always move forward with confidence.

When the fundamentals are trained into memory its time to test it in a sparring match such as paintball/airsoft/simunitions etc. keep that tight flow under the pressure of an opposing force. Unopposed CQB always looks sexy af for the cameras but when bullets start flying and people start falling over couches it doesn't look as sexy and is often a shock to the system beyond recovery
