This was totally my experience at Boot. Minus the laughing, throw in a lot more yelling and muffled threats, no one there to catch me as human guard rails. Yea besides that it’s like a mirror image 😆

Example I truly hate snakes. I'm a Airforce wife of a deceased SMSGT, While stationed in Texas I was in our garage with my kids. My son saw a snake . I told them to walk Out slowly, my fears went away . Tried to get out but The snake went towards me I grab my little sons baseball bat and flattered That snakes head. My fear never was the same after that day. Found snakes around my house often nerver afraid,just cautious when leaving the house!

Sometimes I wish I had the confidence to get through Basic training. Stopped me from ever enrolling, wonder what strength I could’ve have found in my weaknesses by now. Biggest regret, JROTC shaped me a lot.
