I’ve done many yoga videos over the years, and this is hands-down the best video I have used so far. No unnecessary talking, there’s a beep before each new move, so you can actually relax and enjoy the position, and not just anticipate when the next move is coming up.
Girls! As a very physically limited young person this has become my dearest and most favourite workout of all time. It’s strengthening my muscles but releasing my tendons and chronically convulsed body. I’m struggling with my knees, shoulders etc. a lot and I’ve been doing this workout about 1-3x a week and I’m already seeing results in my physical feeling. Thanks a lot and great work!!!!

I love when you workout without it feeling like you’re working out. When I finish my regular workout, I’m out of breathe, sweating my face off, and it only lasted 15 minutes. When I looked at this, I thought there was no possible way that I was going to last 25 minutes, but at the end I almost wanted to do it again! I didn’t feel hot and fat and out of shape, I didn’t scold myself for being lazy and not being able to do the exercise. I felt calm, and peaceful, and actually really happy with myself. Thank you so much for this.

I have done this yoga 30 times and still can't find anything better. Because there is no tedious conversation, the tempo is superbly focused on technique. My body is delighted every time, thanks Anna and Kirstin🙏🤗
I really loved this. Such a peaceful video. I love that there isnt verbal instruction, you just guide the flow.
I started lifting weight again, but heard that yoga strengthens your joints and muscle. So i searched “yoga session for home” on youtube and came across this video. I did my first session in whole my life and wow i cant believe 25 minutes past by so fast. I feel more relaxed, you have too let your body go and flow with the movements. Thanks 🙏🏼

Hey y'all, just wanted to thank you for this video. I am a heavy equipment mechanic, 6'4 275 lb with lots of injuries. In addition to my daily calisthenics, I do this yoga routine weekly to help keep me pain free. This routine is nicely paced and easy to follow with the auditory chimes. Thank you!
I love it that this yoga doesn’t involve talking and talking bc yoga is for relaxation and I’ve really relaxed while I did this.
Other than the abrupt end, this was lovely. I smiled when Anna started getting a little antsy during the butterfly stretch.
