The little girl who wanted her documentation-she was being stubborn and rude when she didn't respond to the officer's question. All she would've had to do is tell him Yes, I still want them. But she walked off and ignored him!

Your dog is NOT a service animal, it’s an emotional support animal. Not the same at all. Service animals are specially trained for a specific purpose. Emotional support animal is just a pet that makes you feel god. No special training.

The guy yelling: "You're in America! Learn English!" was so hilarious and ridiculous, from my perspective. If the average American visits a foreign country, does that average American bothers to learn the local language?? How many Americans can speak Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, Danish, ..... ?

That lady about the service dog tho... ? 🤔 she's most certainly correct...if it IS in fact a SERVICE dog ..they legally CANNOT TELL HER she cannot have it as it is for her health....albeit seeing for her...detecting her seizures...or whatever it is trained to do for her that she cannot....so to be honest I don't think either of them were karens ??? Seemed to me the woman was just aware of her rights and sadly the employee...couldn't really go against what the manager or owner was telling her to do ...its unfortunate.
