Those head movements are smooth af
Whole thing is amazing, respect ya’ll
Btw, last few days, i've watched these entire full episodes with Steve Nash and all i'll say is this: please don't stop!🤘❤🤟
Cool to hear Steve break down his set up game. Fell in love with the 7 seconds or less Suns teams when I was in 6th grade. He became my favorite player and without realizing it I started doing some of the things he talked over in this video. Influence is real!
When Nash won his first MVP JKidd was my pick for MVP, only right they show clips of him bbq-ing JKidd over and over again.
I can understand where they're coming from I was a tall middle school kid who hated the post on the 7th grade . I wanted to do more. Thank God for And1 mixtapes that shit helped me tremendously 2 years later I was ranked in the stated an country for my age an the age above me!! I was selected to the ABCD camp in new Jersey with the best 250 players from the midwest to East Coast!! This was 2002 to 2006
"...and make hundreds of shots a day..." - the great Steve Nash, maybe the greatest shooter of all-time (Steve Nash is the ONLY player to shoot 50/40/90 in four different seasons). 💯
Love these talks - true fans are bored and annoyed with the stupid, ESPN led, hot take, scream like an a hole, insider B.S. Love learning about the game on a deeper level - thanks for the definitions of the terms we probably don't know if we never made it past church/rec league ball lol.
Pick and roll game at elite levels. My yout will watch this religiously.
amazing decision from bron to have this podcast. Shows how cool and hardworking he is.
Why is the podcast at the thunder dome? That’s dope af
So Nash is coming to be an assistant coach next season
Steve saying he wanted to be “black” isn’t a bad thing. I wanted to be “white” if you let my mom tell it. I skated, listened to different genres of music, and dressed different. I just was learning who I was and what I liked.
I can see the influence of Iso Joe in AR’s game
Thumbnail is wrong! Nash is talking about Tim Hardaway (killer crossover) not Penny
This part of the show dug up a very distinct memory from college where I overlapped a couple years with Steve. Was at the gym where the men's team had some sort of off-season practice. On one end of the court were the nonstevenash Caucasians shooting around serenely and whitely, no offense to those lovely gentlemen. On the other end of the court was Steve feeding nonstop alley-oops to all the black guys on the team. I sat and watched an entertaining free spectacle as well as a sociological delight.
When I played basketball, I wasn't tall, so I modeled my play-style after Nash. My coach told me you're terrifying on offense cause you get every defender off-balance, then you kick it out or shoot a 3. He asked me if I looked at any player. I said Nash, he laughed, then next year he got the MVP.
take this like 🔥🔥
Dope!
