Thank you for this tip, I rehearsed and delivered the phrase and you’re right, I was offered the job literally right away. The CEO was really impressed. I’m sure this simple tip helped land my job. Thank you again ! Good luck everyone 😄

Hi Andy, ur boot camper here, got 2 back to back - one phone interview and next F2F lunch interview. Will use all ur teachings and wish me luck !

Glad I watched this one. I suppose I will get an interview pretty soon as it is an internal application and I got the predecessor of the job I applied for and her ex-boss both on my reference list. The predecessor was in the hiring committee of the hiring official one year ago and she did speak really high of her (hiring official). I will definitely start as you suggested. Thanks!

I am a big fan. Andy, you are great. Can you do a video on group interviews. Or being interviewed by a room full of people. This happened to me twice. The first time I went back twice to the same group of 5 and did not make it. The second time I walked into a room with what had to be 12, not kidding, and I decided to let them know what I thought if this farce. Make a long story short, I told them that if I knew I was on one those talent shows I would have put on a tux. Ripped into them while they were soeachless , got up and left.

Hi Andrew would the zoom interviews have similar rapport building rules? Btw Great Content!

Hi again supahero Andy!
On Monday, I'll have an interview for customer service spec position at a doggie food webshop and advisory; I've got the very last open appointment. I've experienced it before that when the last candidate is on, interviewers can be bored, tired etc. Though I utilised your answer and question samples, their boredom influenced my act so it seemed unnatural. I want to prevent such a case to get repeated. I find such an issue is highly rapport-related because all secrets that influence the outcome, lie in what happens BEFORE the interview.
So my question: how can I maintain the interviewers' interest in myself when I'm their candidate interviewed as last?
