hello, person who did A Lot Of Final Chapter Part 1 of vivid/stasis here so uh yeah the light mods may have been my fault haha, i don't think cheryl originally planned for some of the gimmicks that's featured in some of the more recent content that's available, but I think overall it was a net positive for the chapter and game, since it really helps with the flair of some of the songs and keeping it light makes it so it doesn't confuse or detract from it - it's like an added bonus ^^ it was really fun to see a lot of the reactions to the current chapter both story-wise and charting-wise, and I'm genuinely very excited to see how the last year of content will be received - we've got BANGERS cookin that being said, hope to see y'all for the Part 2 drop, and eventually polymorphite!

24:45 It's really interesting to see verified artist lists get adopted by more games/communities, wasn't expecting them to be talked about here. I remember Project Arrhythmia forming their own list years ago, and while it hasn't been without issues, it's awesome it started a domino effect of steps in the right direction when 7th Beat Games took after it for ADOFAI/RD's steam workshops.
I'm so excited to try out projekt godhand in less than a week as of this video going live, it seems like the most insane rhythm game of all time
play vivid/stasis
It's so crazy and awesome seeing so many legends in the RG scene spinning out and making their own wildly inventive projects (and/or making guest appearances on each other's projects). I hadn't heard of Project Godhand before now, but with Taro and k//eternal involved I'm looking forward to it.
Playing Beatblock on a big hand crank controller definitely seems harder but also looks so sick 🤯
18:49 Taro’s aim for every rhythm game content he’s involved is make you exclaim WTF - guess they succeeded once again
I heard about Unbeatable in the Steam Next Fest that happened while "E3" last year and felt in love with the game in a instant thanks to the demo that was released, I'm hyped for the full release whenever it releases. From this video, I'm stacked to try Beatblock and Godhand due to their developers being hilarious (specially the Godhand ones)
this is such a good video, everything is so neatly put together and the interviews were really interesting to see! i didn't even know magfest had an interview space :0c this was actually my first time going to a magfest event too! being able to meet everyone and play all the demos was such a cool experience (apparently i'm really good at projekt godhand) and it was super cool to meet you too!! even if it was by complete accident while you watched me embarrass myself struggling to survive Terabyte Connection at the Beatblock booth LMAOOOO 20:36 and yes, sillycore is an incredible description of my music taste :3
Fantastic interviews, it's always interesting to see developers' perspectives on the scene they're working in! This MAGFest had such an incredible rhythm game lineup this year, and I miss it so much now that I'm back home. Very excited to play all the projects featured! ^w^
WHAT THE.... PROJEKT GODHAND USES EIGHTEEN DIGITS FOR ITS SCORE???????????????????????????????????
this was such a good video i REALLY cannot wait to try proj godhand 😠one day i will have the money to go to magfest
Ratatan is also pretty hype and releasing soon. We're eating good in 2025.
Awesome video! You have my sub! I can't wait to check some these games out, especially Projekt Godhand!
VIVID STASIS MENTIONED
project godhand is gonna be glorious holy shit the concept is just goofy, i love it
about the polymorphite story bit: "each chapter will end with a big decision that every player votes on" my reaction was just "hey, I've seen this one!" (context is the ending of the Cross-Splitting of Worlds ARG) play vivid/stasis btw
I clicked on for Unbeatable, was quite impressed by the other games i wasn't aware of! Godhand's tutorial song is so goofy that i want to put it in my playlist already, thanks for the video 👋
