Colt I've listened to your music for years, since Mudd Diggers.... I've listened to your music evolve over the years and grow as you have! Last year I was blessed enough to surprise my Momma for her birthday to see you, Justin Moore & Brantley Gilbert on Father's Day (June 19th) in Bristow, Virginia! I had bought the tickets off line and got ripped off; I was told they were fantastic seats and when we got there we were in the nose bleed seats I kept apologizing to my Momma saying how sorry I was that I had ruined her birthday and she kept saying it was fine, she was happy, a birthday she'd never forget and the best birthday present ever.... I don't know if it was luck, coincidence, or the security guard over heard it all because right after you got done playing he upgraded us to the PIT! Let's just say at that point she didn't have to lie to me anymore to make me feel better, I know she had the best night! We have both bought Four Lane Gone and are both fans of Taylor Ray Holbrook as well (seeing as we live near the Mason Dixon Line, PA), so when we found out y'all were doing a song together I screamed, she laughed at me! But we absolutely love both songs; Four Lane Gone & Reload, my 8 year old epileptic son loves your music as well! I cannot wait to hear the rest of the album and purchase it, and hopefully catch you in concert again! You are an inspiration, I'm not sure if this was a rumor or if it was an interview and you had said it.. but I remember hearing said if your one album didn't take off the way you wanted it to, you were done... you were tired of being taken as a joke in the country music industry, you knew you had talent and that's what you wanted people to see. There couldn't have been at a better time in my life this song! I sit crying over my ex-dearly loved step dad still. Passing and the crazy emotional runs wild but listening to this made me think of battle... can't see the video bc of the tears and ☀️ I have laughed and cried and laughed more and was actually target practicing with my son in law and grandkids. I have to go for now call his granddaughter, my daughter his baby that had to find out over the phone also. We're from Ga he was believe it or not SC. I know I have rambled and vented but wow when I look at what is to come between the two families not by blood but by the grace of god. His power had all of us me my mom and my two daughters sleepless and sick in pain that stormy night in 3 different cities and him in another state drawing his last breath. I salute.🦅🇺🇸His sisters had not the courage to call or come.
