I updated to 18.4 RC, I haven't got real time signal strength in my control panel. I also haven't got notification priorities! Is this just a US thing? I'm in the UK, AKA North Korea!

Im on 18.3.2 and my 13PM sometimes so overheats it throttles, this is the first time something like this happened. Has anyone else experienced something like this too?
