I get 2 $5 whole chickens, mince & chop, put it in the freezer in ziploc bags and put it in my salad. Easy lunch for work. Lasts me 2 weeks. Dressing balsamic vinegar btw. Best tasty and healthiest dressing. 👍

I would have just grabbed 2  of those briskets, and thats it. Cheap, healthy foor for more than a week. And yes, will still lose weight.  Eating fat doesnt make u fat!
