Thoughts on those rumors???

@1134Dproductions

The sad part is....I bet those prices will not come back down ever.

@JuanSanchez-zz3me

Fx2 is such an odd choice. Its a more expensive a7iv, in a cine body, but a7iv video specs are so mid. 4k60 with a crop in a 3500 dollar body is a joke tbh.
Like, why wouldnt you just get a Z6iii or the new S1ii for 4k60 uncropped, a faster sensor, and 6k video?
Yeah, a cine body is nice, but that performance just isnt it.

Even if you want a sony specifically, just get an a7siii

@itsDesTV

I’m so confused on how this is not clear to everyone that the FX2, IS, the a7v… If you were to imagine a perfect upgrade for the a7iv, it would be this. Better autofocus, no overheating issues, still able to use it for pictures with the evf, better rotating screen. The ONLY downside is 4k60 cropped which is over sampled on the a7iv and looks fantastic. But the rumors behind the a75 were still unsure about uncropped 60 anyways. So this is LITERALLY the a75.. And everyone is saying “the camera no one asked for”… YES YOU DID 😂😂

@kibagami74

Thank you for addressing the elephant in the room, tariffs. They are taxes and the customer pays the tax. Photography is just one little corner of the the most massive tax increase on the poor to middle income in living memory. It's insanity and it makes me ill how many people think it's a good thing they are being taxed for absolutely no reason. America will not be making cameras and lenses, we will never, for as far as the eye can see, do what Japan and China do with cameras and optics. Keep dreaming and enjoy paying the massive taxes.

@johnwilde164

A recent CBS News online headline is "Consumer confidence falls to lowest level in 3 years amid inflation fears". With low USA consumer confidence, many people won't be in the mood to buy nonessential items, such as cameras.

@naeemalmalek3925

Sony a7R6 how much time for launch....????

@LiveeyePhoto

Can’t wait for the next podcast. I know I asked you this before but I never heard. In your next podcast could please tell us what podcast do you listen to?

@speedsmorphs5654

I truly enjoy your info updates. Thank you!

@feederbrian9457

I’m waiting on the Nikon. It’ll be interesting to see if they implement RED features in their top end mirrorless.

@heretikpapy

Pretty happy to be Canadian. We don't play those childish games with other countries.

@TexMex421

I was going to buy a used lens on ebay the other day and there was a great example from Japan. But then I wondered if I would get a tariff bill when it arrived, and I bought from US owner paying a little more. It's so strange that we don't know.

@JuanSanchez-zz3me

My predictions for a Z9ii are that it will have a new expeed 8, to surpass their 20fps raw limitations, as well as raw pre-capture limitations.
I expect the same sensor, since its still the fastest high res on the market.
Same video specs, maybe 4k240, but i dont see thats happening.
Main upgrades would be 30fps raw, raw precapture, better af, and maybe some video features, but not really a major spec increase.
I doubt itll be 40fps like the R1, simply due to the higher res

@ThatShadowHand

I’ll just keep shooting my Nikon d4 for raw computer cameras 😂

@tayloriginals999

AWESOME! I'm getting a bridge!!

@felipeandjess

FX2 Late - stifling innovation for profits, but people are starting to realize this would have been great camera 4 years ago. Sony Crippling themselves - hyper fragmentation between lines means harder to distinguish between lines - reason for fx3 was great was because it didn't have an EVF meaning cost savings, adding an EVF adds extra cost. People want a FX3II and FX6II not something between a FX30 and A7iv. They are going backwards

@robertalegrand7781

Tariffs are sure going to make this...interesting

@Jviotr

3:14 are we feeling great again, yet? 🙄

@snymat_68

Yeah, no shit. That's kind of how tariffs work. The other country doesn't pay them. The vendors selling stuff from those countries raise the price, then the consumer pays the tariff. If enough consumers don't like it and stop buying, the vendor is forced to find alternate mfg locations or risk losing the customer base.

A big Thanks to Diaper Donnie
