Rather than thinking that one must give up all material things to achieve a higher state of mind, I think it means that we just have to give up the thoughts that what we are “attached” to are precious.

Its so amazing that this video showed up tonight. On my way to work today, I was feeling my misery, these deep, uncomfortable feelings I've been having lately that I strangely appreciate. As I fully connected with my suffering, I suddenly felt that I couldnt tell the difference between this deep suffering and great joy. It was a strange sensation where suddenly I questioned if I even know what emotions are. That maybe everything we know is wrong and we've simply been locked in a cage, all while holding the key in our hands the whole time, but blind to it. What beautiful things are happening right now. I am honored to be part of it.

I LOVE this. I grew up Christian but am also very fond of the Hermetic principles because honestl, those are objective statuses and can coexist with what has been said/written in the bible. -"as above, so below, as below so above" is not dissimilar to 'God made man in his own image'. Also if you look closely everything in the universe is pretty much a fractal of itself. -"everything vibrates" sound waves, frequencies, molecular and atomic cohesion.

This was so insightful! Yeshua is the one I follow and through compassion and understanding you can look at any way of life and see how they are all leading humanity to enlightenment. But you must follow with Love and not because of any other worldly attachment because what you see with the main branches of Abrahamic religions theres so much down looking upon people trying to do better and learn. It pains me but i understand that they don’t actually want us to reach enlightenment. They want us bound under their thumbs. But, if you follow the love in your heart along side your discipline and respect for others You Will Win. I pray that through all of our struggles we all understand that We Are. I Am. We will overcome the injustices of this World with our hearts on our sleeves.

This was so perfectly placed in my present, that it felt like it was more of a reminder than an explanation although the explanation was utterly necessary and it will be again. I’m so grateful that I can rediscover these things on such an easily accessed internet platform. Little by little I feel I’m filling the hole inside that’s always been there. It’s made me hungry for the only thing that will fill it. Truth and adherence to it.

Jesus’s Life and Mission was to show us the way out from the darkness and smallness of our distorted / fallen sense of self to the Light and Greatness of our original state of Divine Sonship/Daughtership. He was promising that when we “follow him” = live according to his teachings and follow The Divine Will (which one can only recognize within one’s own Heart), we will be able attain the level of His Consciousness and Mastery of this earthly realm….
