Many time tried for rava dosa but didn't get well the dough gets sticky with pan so I stopped trying itself.... but after seeing your video tried rava dosa with correct measurements as per your instructions it came out very well sir.    Thank u so much waiting for many more receipes

My brother loved both the rava dosa and the mint chutney. 
He was like " akka  , this is better than those made in restaurants. I used the hate rava dosa but this is delicious ".

Main: Veg Fried rice(the timing for crunching was an amazing tip)
Evening: Masala Tea( suited very well with Bangalores rainy weather)
Dinner: Rava dosai and chutney
It was an exceptionally tasty weekend

Tried this kaara pudhina chutney today. WOW !!!  What a chutney !! Out of this world  !!!  Goes very well with steaming hot rice too.  Adadadada !!! FANTASTIC RECIPE.

Bhat Rava dosa ( for people like me who cannot remember the ingredients)

Ingredients for rava dosa: 
1 cup rava ( take a handful out and keep it separately 
3/4 cup rice powder 
3/4 cup maida
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
Handful chopped cashew nuts 
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp black pepper 
Finely chopped ginger, green chillies , curry leaves 
Add 4 cups of water and whisk
Keep aside for 30 minutes.  Then add 2 cups of water and the reserved handful of rava , half tsp of asafoetida  and 
Start making dosa with adding Finely chopped onions first to pan 

For kaara chutney 
In 3 tbsp oil, fry jeera seeds, 1 handful of chana dal, urad dal, small onions, half handful of garlic cloves, 4 green chillies, 1 and half tomatoes chopped, half a bunch of coriander leaves , 1 cup mint leaves , 2tbsp dense tamarind water. Switch off add  half coconut shredded and once cooled grind it in mixie to smooth paste . 
To temper in oil:  4 red chillies , half tsp mustard seeds. And urad dal 1 sprig curry leaves 
Garnish with chopped onion.
