one thing I really love about cooking shows is hearing the language of culinary technique and analysis. These videos are great because it gives us language with which to articulate our arbitrary preferences that can sometimes be reduced to "i just like what I like" when there are values worth discussing at play.

The lemon thins, and mint thins are actually superb. It balances out how strong those fillings can be and i personally prefer the texture

As a celiac, Gluten Free oreos are one of the best "replacement" products for the real thing of any snack I've found. They really did an excellent job to make them taste very similar.

One of the oddest flavor and texture combinations I've ever tried was a swedish fish Oreo. I can't imagine they're still making them, but if you can find one, it's quite the experience

The double stuf thins are absolutely my favorite. It’s like a regular Oreo amount of filling but with the thin cookie. The ratio just works for me!

Gotta try carrot cake Oreos next time. The cookies are spiced like carrot cake, and the crème is cream cheese flavored. Too sweet to eat a whole sleeve, but just right for two or three at a time.
