1. Explain to your family how important it is for you to study.

2. If someone makes you mad, try not to talk to them until you're calm.

3. Pick times when it's quieter, like when everyone is asleep or early in the morning.

4. Consider going to a cafe or library to study where it's quieter.

5. If people in your house are arguing, go for a walk to avoid being part of it. 

6. If your family asks you to do things during your study time, ask them to tell you what needs to be done before you start.

7. Make a special place in your home just for studying, so you can focus better.

8. Try using headphones that block out noise to help you concentrate.

9. Practice calming your mind with simple tricks, like taking deep breaths, to help you focus on your own.

Its  toxic in my household that i can't even go to library or study cafes to study .😢 silence remain only 11.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. and 3.00.p.m. to 4.30 p.m. because of joint family and old members there are only medical issues. Please help me how to make a study routine and i don't get sleepy after doing chores

For the older students who are in a situation living with your parents. I’m 29, and I have no privacy.  It’s $2,000 for an apartment on average here in my country, and yes, I do pay rent here at my parents, and my wife is going through her immigration, so I work full time and study full time, too. My parents and siblings are toxic and they never even completed highschool, so I’ve had a rough start, don’t give up. Don’t do rash things out of frustration either. You can do this.
